Mascara! I'm applying it right?

Mascara is a key weapon in every woman's beauty bag! But are we applying it the right way?

Raise your head high and look in the mirror. Use the brush to the roots of your eyelashes and go all the way up. Your eyelashes will fill up nicely and you will avoid eye injury. Do not block the mascara in the vial.

Do not push the mascara applicator into the vial.  One or two gentle moves are enough to get the amount you need and leave the mascara ready for next time. Strong moves of the applicator inside and out and around can "block" the product inside the vial because of the air you will transfer into it with the wrong moves. Get rid of excess mascara.

The amount of mascara is often excessive in some points so the eyelashes look glued and heavy.  If you don't have an eyelash brush to comb them, use the mascara's brush after removing the product off of it. To get a brush for combing the eyelashes without spending any money, keep the brush from the mascara you have finished, clean it, wash it thoroughly, dry it and use it.

Use only your own mascara. Don't make up your eyelashes with someone else's mascara. Don't lend your mascara. Do not let anyone do your make up using a mascara which has been used on other people. Always have your own mascara in your bag. You're protecting your health.
