How do I apply eyeliner correctly?

Using a cotton swab and an oil-free demakeup product, is much easier to fix a mistake which is drawn with a pencil rather than with eyeliner.

You can then apply the eyeliner over it and let it dry. Prefer indelible eyeliner which will make the pencil last but also won't smudge during the day.
